Full and student registration fees cover attendance at all forum sessions, welcome reception, field trip, morning / afternoon tea and lunch, the handbook and a delegate satchel.

Cancellations must be emailed or faxed to EMSA. Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the forum receive a full refund, less $50.00. Cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior the forum will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within seven days of the Forum.
