All delegate registration for the 2nd National EMS Forum is via the online form on this website.

How to register?

  1. I AM registered with the EMS website. Click here to login then click the red link to register for the forum.
  2. I am NOT registered with the EMS website. Click here to register your details first, then login and register for the forum.
  3. I can' t remember if I am registered or not. Click here to check - enter your email address into the Forgotten username or password space.

All fees include GST.

Full and student registration fees cover attendance at all forum sessions, welcome reception, field trip, morning / afternoon tea and lunch, the handbook and a delegate satchel.

Day registration covers the forum sessions, morning / afternoon tea and lunch, the handbook and a delegate satchel on the day of registration.

Forum cancellation policy

Cancellations must be emailed or faxed to EMSA. Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the forum receive a full refund, less $50.00. Cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior the forum will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within seven days of the Forum.
