We refer to the recently incorporated association which has been formed to represent those who have interests in EMS, and to promote the establishment of Environmental Management Systems within Australia.  The Baiada Group commends this initiative.

With the recent media interest in environmental issues, particularly in the area of climate change, it is a timely and much needed forum for sharing and growing EMS not only in Australian businesses, but through the wider community.  As a company committed to the implementation of a certified EMS across its business operations, we would be pleased to lend our support to this organisation and to encourage the forum of sharing knowledge and information within the membership of the Association and as such, Baiada has joined the Association as a corporate member.
