As a framework for collective action, an EMS has possibilities far beyond its current use. What are these possibilities and how can EMSs be harnessed to achieve local and global outcomes will be focus of this year's conference.

Policy options for EMS
Professor Kate Auty, will join international guest, Jennifer Smith Grubb from Sustainable Silicon Valley, to discuss EMS policy options in Australia at the 2010 Conference in Geelong. Prof. Auty was previously Chairperson of the Ministerial Reference Council on Climate Change Adaptation and a member of the Premier of Victoria’s Reference Committee on Climate Change.
