All fees include GST.

  • Full registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, the barbecue function on Tuesday the 15th, morning / afternoon tea and lunch, the handbook and a delegate satchel.
  • Day registration covers the forum sessions, morning / afternoon tea and lunch, the handbook and a delegate satchel on the day of registration.
  • For Group Bookings please contact the EMS Association.
  • The Pre and Post Conference Workshops can be booked independently of the Conference. Follow the same process as if registering for the Conference and choose the Workshop Only option. There is an admin fee of $25 plus the workshop cost.
  • If you are not sure if are an EMSA member you can check by logging into the website and viewing your status .

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be emailed or faxed to EMSA. Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund, less $50.00. Cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior the conference will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations received within seven days of the conference.
